The Statements by the Academy are made after an in-depth analysis and reflection by its members. The assessments are carried out at the initiative of Jakiunde or at the request of the institutions.

This is the generic name under which the Academy's publications will be made. The aim of this project is to provide information on what Jakiunde is and what are its activities, enabling the development of its mission and promoting its values.

Declaración de Jakiunde de acerca de la política científica

Jakiunde ha elaborado una declaración acerca de la política científica señalando que se necesita una política científica audaz, exigente y sostenible.

La Academia considera que en la actual coyuntura de crisis económica, con cada vez mayor presión sobre la reducción de las inversiones públicas en general, es necesaria una política científica eficaz.

Jakiunde considera que la inversión pública destinada a la investigación y al desarrollo de los ámbitos del conocimiento científico, en el más amplio sentido del término, y de la tecnología, no es ni un subsidio ni un lujo, sino una condición indispensable para el desarrollo social.

This is the generic name under which the Academy's publications will be made. The aim of this project is to provide information on what Jakiunde is and what are its activities, enabling the development of its mission and promoting its values.

What is Jakiunde? Is the first volume of a future series of publications by Jakiunde. Published in 2012, it includes reflections on the meaning of Jakiunde for 22 of its academicians. New members joined the Academy since the first issue was published.

    El filósofo Javier Echeverría y el físico Javier Tejada nos hablan de ambos conceptos desde la perspectiva de sus diferentes disciplinas. Documental realizado por Alberto Gorritiberea.

  • JAKIUNDE. Lehena, oraina eta geroa

    Pedro Miguel Etxenike, primer presidente de Jakiunde y actual Presidente de Honor, y Jesus M. Ugalde, actual presidente de la Academia, exponen su visión sobre la misma. Documental realizado por Alberto Gorritiberea.

  • LUIS DE PABLO y su obra FRONDOSO MISTERIO, con la colaboración de Asier Polo.

    El propio compositor nos da a conocer sus ideas sobre la música, intercalándose su discurso con el ensayo de su obra Frondoso Misterio junto con el violonchelista Asier Polo. Documental realizado por Alberto Gorritiberea.
